Housing

Housing is at the heart of Mercy Haven’s mission.
At Mercy Haven, we believe that safe, stable housing is the foundation for a brighter future. Our housing programs provide individuals and families facing homelessness, mental illness, and economic hardship with more than just a roof over their heads—they offer security, dignity, and a chance to rebuild. Through a range of supportive housing options, we strive to create opportunities for long-term stability, independence, and community connection across Long Island.
For Mental Health
Mercy Haven provides access to mental health housing through Long Island’s Single Point of Access (SPA) system. This centralized system streamlines the application process for individuals needing supportive housing. Click here to download the SPA application and take the first step toward secure, stable housing.
For the Homeless
Mercy Haven provides housing for individuals and families experiencing homelessness. Eligibility requires a documented case of homelessness through the Suffolk County Department of Social Services (DSS). If you or someone you know needs assistance, we encourage you to explore available resources and take the next step toward securing stable housing.
HIPAA Privacy
Protecting your privacy is important to us. To learn more about how your personal health information is handled and safeguarded, read our HIPAA Notice of Privacy. This notice outlines your rights, how your information may be used, and the steps we take to ensure confidentiality.
