For Mental Health
Mental Health housing on Long Island is available through the “Single Point of Access” system known as SPA. Click here to download the SPA application.
For the Homeless
Housing for homeless individuals and families is available to those who have a documented case of homelessness with Suffolk County Department of Social Services (DSS).

Mercy Haven offers three types of housing, based on individual needs.
Community Residences
Our community residences offer group housing with 24-hour staff supervision. Residents enjoy classes and work with staff to meet individual goals for independent living.
HEARTH Supportive Housing
HEARTH — Healed, Enriched and Renewed Through Housing — offers independent living with supportive services, from daily living skills development to part-time paid employment.
Pleasant Gardens
We provide round-the-clock care for 26 adults, who work with staff on rehabilitative services, symptom management, daily living skills, and medication management.
