Pleasant Gardens (PG) is an adult home, licensed by the New York State
Department of Health (NYSDOH), located in the quaint town of Bayport. It is a
large, picturesque residence that cares for adults in a warm, home-like
setting. This beautiful residence, located on three park-like acres of property,
includes 24 hours staffing, personal care, meals, housekeeping, laundry
service, daily recreational activities, transportation, scheduled trips and
medication management in a unique setting for up to twenty-six adults.

Veterans and/or persons living with mental illness who:
