CASE MANAGEMENT-(FULL TIME)-ISLIP TERRACE:
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree and /or HS diploma/GED and experience working in Human Services
- Ability to advocate for those with mental illness, transport residents and work flexible hours
- Experience with entitlements, service plans and assisting with ADL skills
- Clean driver's licsense
